Design Firehouse Cookbook for Pepcid

This recipe/cookbook, part of a grassroots promotional campaign, utilized local firehouses and their own recipes to populate the content. Pepcid, as a sponsor, wanted to showcase these local firehouses and "hot" recipes, showcasing the great food collections and implying Pepcid can handle any "fire". Books were given away at events, food fairs and also sold at retail with profits going to local firehouses. The books also contained stories of local firemen, hero spotlights, recipes and coupons. It was a pretty cool merging of a retail brand and "feelgood" local community content.
